Deliveries & Returns
We use a range of couriers and have 2-3 dispatches per week.
Items which we paint ourselves are usually dispatched within 2-3 weeks from placing an order.
Anything on preorder will be dispatched at the date specified on the listing including any other items in that order. If you want items not on preorder earlier than 2 separate orders will need to be placed.
If you need something by a particular date please get in touch to ensure we can accommodate this, faster shipping options are also available at an additional charge.
Express shipping - any orders placed choosing this option will be put on our next available delivery
Shipping time is usually 1-3 days from dispatch. We can not be held responsible for postage times once dispatched.

Please note since Brexit if you are ordering within the EU you may have to pay customs / duty charges. We can not be held responsible for these.
If based within the U.K.this will not apply as we hold all our stock here in the U.K. and do not send from third parties.
You have 30 days from delivery to refund or exchange items in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable. Custom made, custom painted, personalised items, gift vouchers and Payment Plan Deposits and anything paid are exempt and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please ensure you check spellings and colours before placing your order.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not included.Please contact us at email@example.com to agree any refund or exchange
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
