Deliveries & Returns

We are on annual leave from Thursday 11th July therefore will be delays in dispatching your order from this time.

Please note any orders placed after 10am Wednesday 10th July. Orders placed during this time will start to be dispatched from Friday 26th July.

Any messages / emails sent will be responded to during the week of 29th July.

We use Royal Mail for most standard orders.

Postage is £4.50 for Tracked48 and £6.50 for Tracked24 for U.K. postage. This is detailed at the checkout. 

Europe Tracked is £17 but for large / heavy items over 2kg this may be more. Please contact us for a quote. 

USA and Australia is £35 up to 2kg which is a small parcel, you must contact us for a postage quote if potentially this could be more.

If you choose the incorrect postage we will email you to pay the difference. Any orders cancelled due to this will incur a cancellation fee of what we are charged plus £5.00.

Any orders placed in ‘error’ will also be subjected to the same cancellation fee to cover our transaction costs.

It is your responsibility to check details before placing an order or contact us beforehand.

Anything on preorder will be dispatched at the date specified on the listing including any other items in that order. If you want non preorder items earlier then 2 separate orders will need to be placed.

If you need something by a particular date please get in touch to ensure we can accommodate this.

We have collections Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays each week minimum.

We cannot be held responsible for postage times once dispatched.

Please ensure any issues with your delivery are reported within 48hrs. After this time we will not be able to do anything.

If you are outside mainland UK we use a range of couriers depending on your location, please contact us.

Please note since Brexit if you are ordering from outside the UK you may have to pay customs / duty charges. We remove the VAT at checkout to accommodate this. We can not be held responsible for these. Any parcels returned to us from not paying these will have the postage paid deducted and a £10 our admin fee. You may also incur additional fees if our courier passes any other on.

If you are based within the UK this will not apply as we hold all our stock here in the U.K. and do not send from third parties. (Excluding Fitwood where we pay the customs for you).


You have 14 days from delivery to let us know if you want to return for a refund or exchange and once agreed you have a further 14 days to get the items back to us. After this time the return will be refused and you will be responsible for paying the postage to get the items back to you. The items must be in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable. Any item sent direct from our suppliers (Fitwood/ Free postage items from Tickit or any free postage items) only an exchange will be offered as our suppliers do not take back returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
